Catalyst Virtual Office

Adam's been rocking the Shadowrun blog with daily posts, including some more notes on how Catalyst operates as a virtual office.

Catalyst Comms

If you've ever wondered how we do things internally at Catalyst, Adam has a post covering how we handle internal communications as a virtual office on the Shadowrun blog.

I would also add that we use some internal forums and wikis for our freelancers, allowing them to discuss things as a group and share information.

ENnies Awards

Public voting for this year’s ENnie Awards is now online! This year, Catalyst Game Labs is nominated twice: once for the Shadowrun Quick-Start Rules in the Best Free Product or Web Enhancement category and also in the Fan Choice Best Publisher category!

In the Best Regalia category, you also owe it to yourself to check out Green Ronin’s Hobby Games: The 100 Best, a great book with top game designers writing about their favorite games — both Shadowrun and Classic BattleTech are included, of course!

Please check out the other nominees and other categories and then go register your voice!

Some Catalyst News

This is not EP-related, but Catalyst Game Labs has announced that they’ve acquired the novel rights for Shadowrun and Classic BattleTech. This is pretty cool, and it’s the first time the game and novel rights for those lines have been with the same company in almost 8 years.
