Order not Processing

Hello.

I ordered Singularity on 04/20/17. I paid with PayPal. My order is stuck at "Pending"... but they took the money out of my PayPal.

Anyone else have this issue? Does the store at PostHuman even work at this point?

Any help would be appreciated. If I don't hear anything soon, I will need to do a chargeback.

NOTE: I sent an email to info@posthuman, but I have not received any feedback/response from them.

I'm seeing the order in place

I'm seeing the order in place on our end, sometimes Paypal doesn't finish the response loop promptly. I'll check with the account holder to confirm everything is in shape on that end and kick the order into completion here.

Just to let you know, the order still is not going through. Did PayPal screw it up? Just let me know what you need me to do on my end.

I think I'm having the same problem as I still don't have access to Singularity in my account either after purchasing it a week-and-something ago.

Hi. I would like a refund.

As I have already downloaded and used Singularity at least once, I would be okay with a partial refund.

The reasons for my request are threefold:

-First off, a major reason I got Singularity was because of related excitement involving the news of Eclipse Phase 2nd Edition. Long story short, while I didn't back the Kickstarter (came in too late), I'm reading about the changes to the Ultimates and---my own feelings aside---I take issue that that drama bomb was dropped on users *after* they had put money down on the Kickstarter. Suffice it to say I find this an unpleasant move from Posthuman who normally I felt sufficiently gave people their money's worth, as well as the option to try before they bought. And this is sufficiently a problem that I don't have much fondness for Eclipse Phase anymore, and subsequently no need for Singularity. I'm also content to keep the books I've bought on DriveThruRPG, but for now I have no more desire to keep up with EP.

-Second off, it lacks the equipment packages option from Transhuman, thus making chargen not as super-easy-and-fast as it could be.

-I am paying off student loans, and thus if I feel I'm not enjoying EP I should spend money on more important things.

You should be set from pending to finalized in our system at least. We have been having issues with PayPal getting stuck lately. Let me check on the back end and see what I can do to get you moving here.
